I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the High Meadows Environmental Institute (HMEI) and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology (EEB) at Princeton University. I participate in the collaborative research team, Earth Resilience and Sustainability Initiative (ERSI)—a joint effort of Princeton HMEI, the Stockholm Resilience Centre (SRC), and the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research (PIK).

My research bridges the dynamics of humans, nature, infrastructure, and institutions as coupled systems using quantitative approaches from complex system science. I focus on analyzing system resilience and establishing sustainable management. These days, I am particularly interested in human migration/displacement/mobility issues in the relationship with climate and conflict. To solve knowledge gaps, I work on complex system models, network analysis, and causal inference. See more in detail.
